At the moment that NS transfers your payment arrears to Syncasso, your subscription is cancelled. For questions about the cancellation of your subscription, you must contact NS directly.
Yes, your subscription is not cancelled automatically (for example after one year). You must terminate your subscription yourself at the NS machine at the station. If you fail to do so, you still owe the periodic invoices, till the moment that NS terminates your subscription.
Yes, termination of your OV chip card is not sufficient. You must also cancel the NS subscription that is loaded on your OV card at the NS machine at the station.
If you cannot pay the debt at once, you can arrange a payment scheme. Payment arrears up to € 100.00 can be repaid in up to 2 instalments. Payment arrears above € 100.00 can be repaid in up to 6 instalments.
To apply for a payment scheme, you must submit your proposal by this form. After receipt of your payment proposal we will respond to this as soon as possible.
If we agree with your payment proposal, the first payment must always be received by Syncasso within 3 weeks.
