What is the account number of Syncasso?

I always pay via ‘Online File”. Where can I log in?

On this site go to ‘debtors’ via the main menu and subsequently select 'login’.

If you cannot log in, we refer you to click 'here’.

I am under administration or my case is being treated by a debt relief agency, what can I do?

If you are under administration or when you are registered with a debt relief agency we ask you to have your administrator/care provider to contact us. This is possible via e-mail address shv@syncasso.nl.

I receive mail that is not intended for me, what can I do?

You can return the mail to Syncasso via the P.O. box address that is mentioned on the envelop.

How do I request a confirmation that the file is closed?

Did you have a debt that you have now paid? Or is your file closed for another reason? You can request a confirmation that the file is closed. If you complete this form for this we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I receive a specification of the claim?

Did you receive a reminder and would you like to have a specification of the claim? If you complete this form for this, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Has my subscription been cancelled?

At the moment that NS transfers your payment arrears to Syncasso, your subscription is cancelled. For questions about the cancellation of your subscription, you must contact NS directly.

Is my subscription tacitly renewed?

Yes, your subscription is not cancelled automatically (for example after one year). You must terminate your subscription yourself at the NS machine at the station. If you fail to do so, you still owe the periodic invoices, till the moment that NS terminates your subscription.

Besides my OV (public transport) chip card, do I also have to terminate the subscription with NS?

Yes, termination of your OV chip card is not sufficient. You must also cancel the NS subscription that is loaded on your OV card at the NS machine at the station.

Can I arrange a payment scheme?

If you cannot pay the debt at once, you can arrange a payment scheme. Payment arrears up to € 100.00 can be repaid in up to 2 instalments. Payment arrears above € 100.00 can be repaid in up to 6 instalments.

To apply for a payment scheme, you must submit your proposal by this form. After receipt of your payment proposal we will respond to this as soon as possible.

If we agree with your payment proposal, the first payment must always be received by Syncasso within 3 weeks.

How can I submit my objection?

If you do not agree with the payment arrears, we refer you to this form. We ask you to fully complete all fields and to provide your objection with a clear/complete substantiation supported by evidence.
